Deodato Arte Gallery is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the certification for gender parity.
May 23, 2024 was a day of great satisfaction and pride for Deodato Arte, which once again managed to distinguish itself on the international scene by receiving from Quaser Certificazioni Srl the certification for gender equality in the work context.
The gallery has always believed in a culture based on respect for and appreciation of diversity of gender, age, origin, social, religious, political ideas, psychophysical abilities, identity and sexual orientation.
To strengthen its commitment, Deodato Arte has implemented a Gender Equality Management System and has embarked on a process of internal cultural change to achieve more equitable gender equality.
