Who is Mr. Savethewall
Mr. Savethewall, the artistic name of Pierpaolo Perretta, is an Italian artist from Como. Over time, he has developed a personal and recognizable path within contemporary art, built around a direct, ironic visual language that is deeply connected to today’s society.
After a professional experience far removed from the art world, he chose to devote himself entirely to his creative research, transforming his point of view into an original and strongly distinctive artistic practice.
His poetics arise from the encounter between Street Art, visual communication and a critical observation of the present. From the very beginning, Mr. Savethewall has taken a clear position: to engage with urban language without leaving permanent interventions on walls, preferring removable or low-impact supports and materials instead. This choice reflects the meaning of his artistic name and the desire to preserve urban decorum.
