Wild Kong by Richard Orlinski: art, experience, and vision
Fidenza Village stands today as one of the most compelling European examples of the intersection between art, design, and lifestyle. Part of The Bicester Collection, the Village has undergone a significant evolution over the years, transforming into a true open-air museum where shopping merges with an immersive cultural experience.
Within this context, the collaboration with Deodato Arte brings into the project one of the most recognizable names in the international contemporary art scene: Richard Orlinski.
The Project: Wild Kong
At the heart of the initiative is Wild Kong, an iconic three-meter-high red resin sculpture that embodies Orlinski’s artistic vision and his “Born Wild” philosophy. The artwork was first presented during Milan Design Week 2026 as part of the INTERNI exhibition, before becoming a permanent installation at Fidenza Village.
With its monumental presence and strong visual impact, Wild Kong perfectly reflects the ambition to bring art beyond traditional spaces, making it accessible, immediate, and fully integrated into everyday life.
More than just an installation, it acts as a narrative element that enriches an ecosystem already composed of over 29 artworks, including sculptures and Street Art interventions, helping define Fidenza Village as a widespread cultural destination.
