Acetaia Giusti, the world’s oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, founded in 1605, is now led by Claudio Stefani Giusti, who brings together tradition and innovation with a dynamic entrepreneurial vision.
During Design Week 2025, the company hosted an art exhibition in its two Milan flagship stores, featuring works by artists represented by Galleria Deodato Arte, including Marco Lodola and Daniele Fortuna, creating a meaningful dialogue between contemporary art and gastronomic excellence.
